The following services are useful for arranging transportation to the Center and other appointments.
Hyde Shuttle
The Hyde Shuttle program provides door-to-door van service for older adults and adults with disabilities throughout many communities in King County. Our friendly, specially-trained drivers transport riders to hot meal programs, medical appointments, senior centers, grocery stores and other local destinations. For those who have difficulty getting around, the service provides an opportunity to socialize and stay active within their communities.

Volunteer Transportation
Are you a King County, WA residents ages 60 and over, or do you know one that requires help getting to and from a medical, dental, or other essential healthcare appointment? Sound Generations’ Volunteer Transportation program provides free, personalized, and safe transportation to essential healthcare appointments.

Important Volunteer Transportation Scheduling Information
Please read the following important ride scheduling information. No forms are required to schedule a ride.
- Rides must be called in the Tuesday prior to any appointments the following week.
- Scheduling hours are weekdays 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
- Caregivers or family may ride with prior notice.
- Have all trip details ready (date, time, duration, location, etc.)
- All rides are dependent upon driver availability.
