The SouthEast Seattle Senior Center (SESSC) provides services, activities, and support for adults 50 and older in Seattle’s Rainier Valley and surrounding neighborhoods. We strive to enhance the emotional, social, and physical well-being of our members through exercise, games, education, personal enrichment, and more. The SESSC empowers seniors to holistically age well, stay healthy, and be independent and self-sufficient. Join, volunteer, or donate today!
