Ways to Give

Close-up of woman smilingOur community needs Southeast Seattle Senior Center, and we need you.

As the population ages, more and more people are turning to SESSC for support. The work we do fosters powerful connections between seniors and their community, making an immediate, meaningful and lasting impact on their lives.

Your gifts to Southeast Seattle Senior Center do more than improve the lives of thousands of older adults and those who care about them. You ensure a healthier, more vibrant and more just community for us all.

By collaborating with other community organizations and working with national partners, we ensure that seniors receive the best services as efficiently and effectively as possible.

About me: My name is Ruby Holland. I’m a housing Advocate, who has been working with Senior Homeowners to stay in our homes and avoid displacement. I’m a senior who lives alone myself and face the same issues that you face. I have good working relationships with the Central Area Sr. Center, and recently the Southeast Senior Center. King County Council Member Girmay, and Tax Assessor John Wilson. I’ve worked briefly with our Attorney General, Bob Ferguson, and the Washington state AARP representative.
