Tuina: Bodywork Clinic (Chinese Medical Massage)

Tuina (pronounced tway-nah) is a traditional Chinese medical massage technique designed to relieve pain, enhance circulation, and promote overall well-being. Brought to you by the Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine, the SESSC will have a Tuina Bodywork Clinic on Thursdays.

• Appointments are available from 9 am to Noon and include a 10-minute consultation and a 50-minute massage.
