Open Weaving Studio

Learn to weave or spin with us! The SESSC’s Weaving Studio has operated for more than 45 years. For the past 15 years, the Studio has been headed by Linda Stryker, a dedicated instructor and member of the SESSC.

The Seattle Weavers’ Guild continues to offer support and partnership to the SESSC.

• The weaving studio is open 9 am–3:30 pm.
• The weaving studio hosts beginning weaving classes on a 2–3-month cycle due to the availability of weaving looms for beginning weavers.
• The teaching portion of the class is on Tuesdays, 9 am–1 pm, and the class fee is $20/mo. Students can stay longer on Tuesdays and visit whenever the SESSC is open.
