Access to use the social hall of meeting room(s) will not be granted until payment for the rental is received in full.
Rental Time Defined – Rental time is defined as the time for the entire rental. This means that the entire rental time includes both set up and clean up times. For example, if you hold your event for 4-6pm, your group will not be able to come in at 3:00pm to setup. Also, you must restore the hall to the condition it was given to you by 6:00pm. Your event cannot end at 6pm and then proceed to clean up the hall. Additional rental time will be charged to the lessee (the renter, as defined in the SESSC rental agreement) if the event exceeds the time listed on the agreement. For rentals ending at 11:00pm, the Lessee must finish and leave the premises by 11:00pm. The Lessee will be charged $200.00 for going passed 11:00pm and charged $200.00 for every hour after 11:00pm.

Hard liquor and cultural alcoholic beverages are not permitted. This is not negotiable. Failure to comply with this policy shall result in the termination of the event without refund.
Use of Social Hall Walls: Only painter’s tape may be used to hang items on the wall. Other items such as tacks, masking tape and nails and may NOT be used. Garbage Fee – The Garbage fee is $75.00.
Restoring the SESSC Social Hall and Kitchen – The SESSC social hall must be restored to the condition given to the lessee. Therefore, the renters should bring the necessary cleaning and degreasing agents, towels, sponges and other cleaning aids for cleanup. The SESSC has a mop and bucket to assist the renters in cleaning the hall floor.
Hall Rental Monitor – This is the person who will open the building to let your group in and close the building when your event has ended. This person is not responsible for security.
Security Deposit – Is a necessary fee to cover potential damage costs which might occur during a rental. The deposit will be refunded to the renter up to 100%, less damages or additional rental time incurred.
